Privacy policy

This is a plain-language starter document. It requires review by the site owner before launch. It has not been reviewed by an attorney.

The short version

This site has no accounts and no database. Anything you type into our tools, including player names, stays in your browser. We never send it to our servers, to analytics, or to anyone else.

Local browser storage

Saved drills, plans, and generated practices are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. You can export them as a file, import them, or erase them at any time with the "Clear locally saved data" control in the Saved panel.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including, where permitted, personalized ads. You can manage advertising choices at Google Ads Settings and learn more at Google's advertising policies page. In jurisdictions that require consent, a Google-certified consent tool presents your choices before such cookies are used.

Analytics

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which resources help coaches, using anonymized, non-personal events (for example, "a practice was generated"). We never send names, roster contents, free-text notes, or anything you type into tools. Our host, Cloudflare, may provide privacy-focused, cookie-less aggregate analytics, and processes requests to serve the site (including standard server logs).

Children

This site is directed at adult coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our tools are designed so that roster information never leaves your device.
